Dec 2010 - Jan 2011 – Saved his client almost $500K by advising the client to invoke the changes clause of the contract. Uhlig was hired to negotiate the change order with the Corps of Engineers, of which was settled in the clients favor.

’07 – ’09 Past co-workers recommended to Bird construction that Uhlig come to WA state to save a $30.33 mil project that had become three million dollars in the hole. Within 2 years, Uhlig saved the company almost the entire $3mil.

’04 – ’05 Air Traffic Control $3.8 million helped get company over $700K by proving an accusation made against the company was false, and was won through the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
